With a new entrance theme and (work in progress) titantron, Anarkey is moving away from the 'anarchist' moniker and fully towards the role of the 'Antagonist' as he strives to become the biggest bad in the federation.
So he's not really going to be sticking with the whole 'rid the UUW of corruption' thing anymore, it's more than he considers his actions better than the actions of others, and he's becoming more self-assured with his position at the top of the card.
Now, he's just looking for some authority to begin his reign of terror, and it's something he will do everything in his power to maintain once it begins.
